How Our Community Supported Agriculture Program Works

In joining Angelic Organics for the season, you will select whether you’d like to receive a vegetable share weekly or every other week during our 20-week regular season (early June through late October), and you may also sign up for our 4-week extended season (ending in late November).

We appreciate full payment upon signup as part of your commitment to a complete season with us, and your upfront payment helps our farm purchase seed, invest in labor and machinery, and begin preparation for the season in the spring.

Picking Up Your CSA Share at a Community Delivery Site

  1. When you arrive at your pickup site, please look for the share labeled with your name.
  2. Your vegetable share will be contained in a biodegradable liner inside a waxed vegetable box. Remove your vegetable share via the box liner, and please flatten and return your waxed vegetable box for return to the farm. (We are not able to reuse fruit share boxes, so please recycle them at home.)
  3. If you do not see a share labeled with your name, please reference your schedule and contact the farm at csa@angelicorganics.com. We will work to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
  4. We only guarantee that shares will be available for pickup during the stated hours, and site hosts are not obligated to keep boxes beyond those times. No credits are issued if you are late picking up. If you think you will be late picking up, please contact your host ahead of time to ask about alternate pickup arrangements.

Placing Shares on Hold

It is easy to manage your account online. If you are going out of town and would like to skip your next delivery, you can put a future box on hold by going to your account and clicking on the calendar day you wish to hold. All holds must be placed no later than three days before your delivery date. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations cannot be accepted. You can also let your site host know to donate your share, or you can have a friend pick up your share to try Angelic Organics for a week.

Renewals

You may renew online by simply choosing the subscription you want and pre-paying with your credit card. We also have an automatic renewal option if you would like to have the system renew you for the same subscription next season.

Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your subscription for any reason, please reach out to us at csa@angelicorganics.com. We welcome your feedback and would like the opportunity to make things right. However, you do have the right to cancel your subscription, and the refund will be issued in the manner that it was received.

Our Privacy Policy:

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
  • To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
  • To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
  • To process transactions. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
  • To send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, etc.) will be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to process customer requested re-occurring transactions. This information will be held by Authorize.net. They have their own privacy policy which can be located at Authorize.net Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent or give out our email list, customer list or any personal or financial information to anyone. The exception is if release is necessary to respond to legal requests or to prevent harm or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.
